Registration Schedule

Note: Shuttle Bus services will only be provided to and from O'Hare International Airport.
People flying to and from Midway will be required to arrange for transportation for themselves.


Registration fees begin at $275 and $315 for JNF participants. Your registration fee includes accommodations, meals and access to all events for the 4-day event. Also included are transportation to and from O'Hare International Airport and a bag filled with keepsakes such as Jain literature and souvenir items.
We highly recommend that you use the secure credit card processor at the end of the registration process to pay now. However, if you must pay later, please log in to our website and submit payment within 7 days from the date of registration or your registration will be canceled.

Please note that YJA sells out every year! Space is limited, so you may be placed on a waiting list.

Cancellation Policies

Registrants canceling their registration will be charged a $35 cancellation fee and will be issued a refund for the remaining amount on your credit card. The amount forfeited will be tax deductible.

  • Registrants canceling after May 15, 2008 will not receive a refund.
  • If you need to cancel your registration, please send an email to registration@yja.org. Please include the following details in the email: Name of registrant, date of registration, amount paid, invoice number, name of credit card holder, and email address where the payment confirmation was sent. Please allow two weeks for the credit to be applied (after deduction as per policy above). You will receive an email confirming your credit at the email used for payment confirmation.

Changes to Registration Info

To make modifications to the information provided during registration, please logon to MyYJA using the same email address and password used during registration. Once logged on, you will have an option to update contact information, password, and other preferences (roommate choice, diet, t-shirt size, volunteering information, and other special needs). If you face any problems or have any questions/concerns, please notify the registration team by emailing registration@yja.org In the meantime, visit http://www.yja.org/chicago and check out the latest information about the convention.

Financial Assistance

For those that would like to attend but are in need of financial assistance, please download this file and email it to JAINA Youth Coordinator, Mr. Girish Shah at girish.shah@jaina.org. Financial assistance is limited and will be awarded on a first-come first-served basis until our allocation is exhausted.

Registration Options

You can get started with registering by credit card now! Please have your Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card before you begin. In case you will not be registering online, you can print the registration form and mail it to the address on the form.
