Jai Jinendra, |
|
|
| We are excited to bring
back this popular volunteering opportunity to our membership. Yes,
YJA is "Coming Together" with Habitat for Humanity to help those less
fortunate. Last year approximately 100 volunteers from locations
across the country helped build homes for the less fortunate. Based on
the feedback we received from you, YJA is happy to make this program available
again in 2005! The only differences are that we have offered more locations,
dates, and opportunities for you to volunteer. We hope you will participate
in this charity event to meet new people, reacquaint with old friends,
and visit new places all while giving back to your community! On this
website, we have provided you with all of the details you need in order
to participate. We hope you will participate in this charity event to meet new people, reacquaint with old friends, and visit new places all while giving back to your community! On this website, we have provided you with all of the details you need in order to participate. Please understand that this program is flexible. You can volunteer with a Jain group, personal friends, or just by yourself! If a Habitat location exists at which you would like to volunteer with your group, please contact us at
h4h@yja.org. We will be more than happy to accommodate you and your friends. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please feel free to contact us at h4h@yja.org or visit www.habitat.org ! |
